Custom Cabin Mug Ordering Information To help ensure you are happy with your final design, we strongly recommend ordering a sample mug before placing a full custom order. If you choose to proceed without purchasing a sample, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with the final size, placement, or appearance of the approved design. Refunds, replacements, or remakes will not be offered based on design preferences after production has begun. Custom Order Fees A **$25 setup fee** applies to all new custom orders. This fee helps cover the artisan time required to prepare your artwork and set up your design for production. A **$60 custom stamp fee** applies to the design and 3D printing of your custom logo stamp. The $60 stamp fee is waived on wholesale orders of **25 or more mugs using the same logo, design, and stamp size**. Additional logos, names, dates, layouts, designs, or stamp sizes may require an additional stamp fee. Custom Stamp Timeline Custom logo stamps may take up to **one week to design and produce** after we receive your artwork. Please include this additional time when planning your order.
