Our Pinsa Romana offers a unique culinary experience, harmoniously balancing flavors and textures to satisfy lovers of Italian cuisine. An artisanal delight that transports the taste buds straight to our Gargano region. This pre-baked Pinsa base is handmade with natural sourdough. You can top it with any of our range of OLIO DI SERRA vegetables and vegetable creams, our OLIO DI SERRA olive oil and, of course, our fresh and aged cheeses and delicious cold cuts. • Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200°C/250°C, season the base as desired, bake in the oven for 5–6 minutes or until golden and crispy. • Storage: Refrigerate at a temperature between 0°C and 4°C; once opened, consume within 2–3 days. • Shelf life: Maximum 50 days. > Your orders must reach us by Tuesday before 3:00 PM for delivery from the following Tuesday by refrigerated transport at 4°C.
