This Happy Birthday card has a floral pattern created in red leaves printed onto a birthday cake. The main colours are red, yellow and beige. My cards are printed on a textured rough paper and the designs look matt. No shine here at all. I think this makes the design look more authentic and hand finished. The rough feel to this paper makes it very organic both to the touch and the eye. This card was created on an iPad Pro using gouache paints.
