Finally received the order today. The products are all fine and we are very satisfied with them. After placing the order, a little over a month ago, we never received any response. Nor was there any reply to our question about whether there was a problem with our order. We wondered if this company was still active, and eventually Faire had to intervene. A day later, the order was shipped. That was already 2 days after the expected shipping date.
Finally received the order today. The products are all fine and we are very satisfied with them. After placing the order, a little over a month ago, we never received any response.
