The low rating is not for the quality of the product, but for the customer service and resolution of an order that was processed incorrectly. It took a concern by me to contact their owner manager and fair to get them to come to the table for a resolution, even though I wish them well and hope they succeed. This was not a good experience and good business practices, and won’t be ordering from them again. Thank you.
