Description
This mug is printed on both sides of our premium quality 11 oz. white mug. All of our mugs are made in our Indiana workshop using a heavy duty dye sublimation technique that uses extreme heat and pressure. Dye sublimation gives a great depth of color and is very wear and scratch resistant. They are made of Ceramic, UV Protected, FDA Compliant, Microwave and Dishwasher Safe.

Paris Is Always A Good Idea Mug
I thought the mugs looked really cute and I was looking forward to using them in a special themed gift box order. The seller did not ship on the expected day and when I followed up, I had to wait 5 full days to get any response. She pretended they had been shipped (turned out to be false), offered no apology, and waited another week to ship out for real, which was past my deadline and I was unable to use them, leaving me stressed and scrambling for a last minute replacement. Very unprofessional!

I love this product and so do my customers. This is my third order of this product and just like the last two, I have broken items in the packing. If the shipping department could pack a little more careful, I may decide to order more.
