Wholesale Vadouvan spice blend – Indo-French seasoning

Bonjour & Namaste! I am Vadouvan – your aromatic travel companion between India and France. In me, two culinary worlds meet, as if they embraced each other at a spice market in Marseille: I combine exotic spices with French sophistication. What defines me? An exciting mix of roasted onion and garlic, fine mustard, sea salt, fenugreek, coconut, ginger, cumin, fennel, sesame, and a hint of peanut. Sounds like a wild party? Oh oui, it is – but one with style! I am a classic French curry with Indian roots – created during the colonial era when Indian cooks adapted their native recipes for their French masters. Thus, a traditional masala became a milder, European-influenced curry – which brought me, Vadouvan, into being.
