The dog toys I ordered were severely delayed, and the fulfillment timeline listed on Faire was completely misleading. As a new business owner, I rely on accurate shipping estimates to serve my customers—and unfortunately, this delay caused me to lose all of my profit and issue multiple refunds, ultimately harming my brand’s reputation.What’s worse is that I only received a generic “so sorry for the delay” response after I had to reach out both Faire customer service and the brand directly.
