Description
Jasmine Dragon Pearls is made with young green tea, using the first two leaves and a bud. It is processed in a traditional green tea fashion and hand rolled into small pearls during the shaping process. Once finished they are set aside until May, when the jasmine harvest begins and then are heat infused with the blossoms. Jasmine can vary in flavor, from powdery floral to tropical fruit. The jasmine used to scent this tea veers slightly towards the tropical fruit side and pairs perfectly with medium bodied green tea used at its base. Per serve: We suggest 5 grams per 12oz water. We love these teas because they are lovely and compelling all while being very forgiving to brew. Since many of our customers take tea to-go having teas that don't get bitter no matter how long the customer leaves the bag in is huge for us!
