They have amazing soft, pillowy texture and a warm yeasty taste that goes with everything. (4 buns per bag, 6 bags per case). Ingredients BUNS: Organic millet flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic tapioca flour, organic psyllium husk, sea salt, yeast Care Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival: refrigerate for up to 1 week, freeze for up to 6 months. Best when toasted.
