These are actually very calming. Quite tasty and well balanced. Not too sweet. Refreshingly minty without being overpowering and pleasantly floral. 120 mg of magnesium has a noticeable effect on the nervous system. If I drink too much coffee in the am, I have one of these at lunch and it clears the jitters without making you tired.
