1 Swirl NeeDoh Nice Cube Ice Sugar Ball - Thick Glue/Gel
The ice cube swirl items I received were rock hard, completely rigid, and not usable. The company claimed this was normal “hardness variation,” which was not accurate. I requested a refund only for the defective items and provided documentation through Faire. The company disputed the claim instead of addressing the issue. Very disappointing customer service. The pictures I provided are from my trying to squeeze down on the ice cubes.
