Love the Felicie Musical Box but i do have to check every one on delivery as every order i have had of these has had faulty items. They either don't play music or the musiccfiesnt stop when the lid is closed. Both of which will not cut it with retail customers. Also UPS are completely useless and always turn up with the delivery expecting that i have paid the Import Duty. However, as they do not communicate what it is in advance or advise the delivery date then it makes it very difficult.
