When I first transitioned from carrying a TN made soap to Magnolia I wasn’t that impressed. I had an issue with an entire order of candles not being scented and never received credit or any type of resolution despite multiple conversations. Recently I decided to give them a try again… I am happy to report that they have improved sooo much! Hope to have their products in all 5 of our stores soon!
