How To Use 1. Add 1 tablespoon, about 3 g, to 8 fl oz hot water. 2. Use water at 150–160°F, not boiling. 3. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. 4. Strain before drinking. 5. Re-steep if desired. 6.
