Description
Our best-selling offering. Delicious 70% dark chocolate dark roasted and sprinkled with coarse hawaiian lava salt. The hawaiian salts that we make chocolate with are from molokai island, harvested by traditional methods, and contain ocean electrolytes and primordial trace minerals. Commercial table salt contains approximately 99% sodium chloride. Analysis performed on the molokai salt showed that it contained only 84% sodium chloride. The remaining 16% was comprised of some 80 natural elements, electrolytes, and trace minerals. The pearl white salt is made by evaporating seawater in pools made from lava rock. The red salt is mixed with alaea clay, a native hawaiian volcanic clay that is rich in iron, and historically honored for its beauty, health benefits, and spiritual properties. The black salt is made by combining activated charcoal with sea salt, yielding antioxidant and detoxifying benefits that are great for skin, digestion, and overall health.

Delicious chocolates with beautiful packaging. I also really appreciate that River Sea called before shipping to touch base after noticing that I'm in an area affected by Hurricane Milton. It was our first time working together and pushing back the shipment by a week totally averted what could have been a shipping disaster. Thanks River Sea!

River Seas is some of the best chocolate you'll ever sell. My chocolate aficionado customers buy them for themselves and as gifts. And the owners work directly with bean farmers and ship via sail boat as they are concerned with both the environment AND farmers.

I didn't really need to add any more chocolate bars to my shelves but I found the River Sea story pretty irresistible. My customers are intrigued by the sustainability, the coconut milk is a great vegan option and the rest of the bars are obviously high quality and well made. My only suggestion would be a display box or card that highlights the cacao shipping process.
