I am a general manager for a brick and mortar store in Vero Beach, FL that recently purchased several of the blankets from Birdy Boutique. Their story speaks for itself but their outstanding Customer Service sets them apart. The day after we received our order we received a personal phone call to follow up and make sure we were happy with everything received....which we were!
