Loofah (or luffa) is a vegetable that softens and expands when soaked with water for amazing gentle exfoliation. Rinse skin thoroughly and finish with hydration. Use 2-3x/week to exfoliate and massage skin. Rinse and hang to dry between uses.  Replace quarterly.
