I was really disappointed with the condition of the products when they arrived. While the boxes themselves were pristine, the items inside were all dented, and there was leakage all over the other products in the caramel box. We had to rinse everything off and dry them before placing them on the shelves. The taste is great, but the way they looked was a letdown. Aesthetics are crucial in retail, and the poor appearance could hurt sales. all 3 cases had damaged cans inside.
