One of the items was out of stock and they reached out to ask about comparable items to replace them with before shipping- I so appreciate the extra step rather than just removing them from the order. Packaging was great, shipped quickly, and everything arrived safely. The selenite chargers in particular are fabulous quality, those will be a definite re-order.
