Product quality awesome, but service and shipping and returning items was a huge hassle. I was sent 19 bars i didnt order. I appreciate they tried to supplement for items that were not available however this then didnt give me the variety and male scents i needed for my Christmas retail event and booth. Plus i had to deal with Faires complications to return.
