We have ordered twice through Faire (this is a product line we've stocked for years). Both orders were missing products. First order was very difficult getting it resolved. Second order, we didn't claim the shortage quick enough (our fault). Just shouldn't have to do this every time. Both times, shortages are in the quarts of paint.

I love Amy Howard products and have started using her lacquers for many products. The results are fantabulous and packaging excellent. I also have been very pleased with Faire. Amy Howard and Faire are a great combination.
