Its flexible brush tip pen for precision and application makes it easy to glide on for the perfect glitz and glam shine to any makeup look. * Cruelty-Free * Vegan * Paraben Free * Sulfate Free * Phthalate Free * Gluten-Free HOW TO USE: 1. Sweep the brush with light pressure along the desired area to add sparkle. 2. Take a moderate amount on finger and gently press around the eyelid for a bold glittery look. Tip: Close tightly after use to preserve long-time use. Products are wonderful quality as always. Neatly and carefully packed. Fulfillment speed is very quick. Unfortunately their products are in high demand so can be a little wait for out of stock items. Nonetheless, second time ordering and very satisfied!
