As well as 5 sample pack of 4oz hickory smoked mini bacon pack & 1-1lb pancetta. Broadbent Country Bacon is a dry cured product. It does not require refrigeration. It has a shelf life of three months. To achieve the ultimate shelf life of the product, we recommend refrigerating for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months.
