I have been searching for a new ceramic option for our in store planters. These are great style and quality for the $. Just watch for drainage hole options. overall, shipping was great. They were all packaged very well, minimal damage.....like 2 out of 70. Will order again.

I ordered 66 plant pots in 10 packages—half arrived broken. It’s unclear who to contact: Faire, TruuDesign, or UPS. Each required photos, then their sites errored out. I’m now past the return window, stuck with damaged goods after paying high shipping and nonrefundable tariffs. Customer service has been useless. As a micro business, this loss is devastating, and I’ll never order through them again.
