The student community in Trondheim, which here sticks out behind the trees by the riverbank, is Norway's third oldest. It was founded in 1910, but the red marker at Elgesetergate 1 was first built in 1929, as one of Norway's first buildings made of pure concrete. The student community is also located in Norway's third largest city, which many also believe is Norway's third oldest, but the Nidelva is part of what is only the country's 16th longest river.
