We love these knives because the quality, utility, and price points. We sell other brands of knives and we have little to no cannibalization. Customers come in to tell us how they’ve not had to sharpen their Kyocera knives for 5 or more years. We carry the sharpener but never sell it because people don’t need it. Luv the Innovation knives. We also sell so many Y-peelers. You can make Parmesan cheese ribbons. The balde is that fine. The mandolines and graters are A+++.
