Origin: Central Wisconsin Aged: 2-5 Months Flavor Profile: Buttery base with real jalapeño heat and bright pepper flavor Food Pairings: Jalapeno Poblano Drizzle, Hot Honey Drizzle, Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Drizzle Drink Pairings: IPA, Lager, Bloody Mary Great For: Spicy appetizers, game day, jalapeño lovers Preparation Instructions: * Air Fryer: Cut to desired size. Heat at 400 degrees for about 4 minutes each side and BOOM! COMES OUT PERFECT! * Skillet: Preheat non-stick pan to med-high on stovetop. Cut cheese to desired size pieces. Place cheese pieces into DRY preheated pan. Brown to your liking, about 5 minutes per side. * Grilling: Cut cheese to desired size and place on foil.
