Derby Pie featuring Jim Beam bourbon cream; choc full of whole caramelized pecans and the luxurious aroma of dark chocolate and warm bourbon. Whiskey caramel, apple and Ritz crackers; we put this little doozy together for a Los Angeles Magazine food event and the results were amazing! Not a piece was left at the end of the night A new take on an old favorite. We changed up the vanilla for our Vanilla Bean cocoa nib with something closer to home, real Mexican Vanilla. Nice popcorn with lovely packaging - A little disappointed with the best by date of 5 months (7/1/25) when it is presented with a shelf life of 6 - 12 months, which was one of the selling points for me.
