I’ve ordered twice from Hart & Hollow and have had a good experience both times but I was missing two sweatshirts and had a damaged item and it took multiple emails to get one response. If response time was better or more explanation on TAT, etc. was provided I don’t think I’d be as upset as I am about.

Waited about six weeks for the order and when I did get it, they had out of stock on half of the order including sending me one size of some sweatshirts. Really sad because the product is really great.
