I've had great experiences with Classic Touch and this shipment did not disappoint. The pieces are way more grand and more beautiful in person. Their packaging ensured that all items arrived in tact - and I appreciate that! This shipment was uncharacteristically slow to arrive but I believe they too are affected by international shipping delays.

Love the products but plates arrived broken and scratched and tray with a broken screw holder. The brand though is very responisve and will replace.

Overall satisfied. A pot Ref MSGJ61 arrived broken. I was disappointed with the quality of the glass of the cake dome, which had scratches and glue marks on the handle. Otherwise, everything was fine and the delivery was fast. I will order again.
