How to make hot chocolate: 1. Take two teaspoons of Dark Sugars® hot chocolate mix 2. Add a little boiling water and stir vigorously to make a smooth paste the consistency of double cream 3. Heat but do not boil 4fl oz of hot milk. Use your handy foamer to create some foam. 4. Add the milk topped with foam 5. Sprinkle over a scoop or two of chocolate shavings 6.
