We love the products (like our customers!) but it's really hard to restock the items... Sometimes, they're out of stock for 3 months. Also, communication is really difficult. The first time, I asked if I could have more info regarding a restock and got no answer, and now, I ordered the Crosby Jacket and it's impossible to find the size details and again, no answer...
