Bags are great quality, I don’t recommend the customization. The proof they sent was a slightly different color then what I requested but was close enough so I approved (I knew there might be slight color changes once printed on the bag.) Unfortunately the color on the bag itself was a completely different, bright blue and not close to the approved proof. They stopped emailing when I asked if anything could be done, 72 min order and no support really impacted my small business. Super bummed.
