BAKED APPLE GIN Perfect for any winter evening. Our first limited special edition is our fine BAKED APPLE GIN, which creates a wintery gin treat with the aromas of baked apple, roasted almonds, raisins, vanilla and cinnamon. For this special gin, we have teamed up with the Berliner Werkstätten for people with disabilities, who prepared and baked our apples from Werder for us. We then processed these wonderfully fragrant baked apples into a fine desitillat. Our gin is distilled by hand in our small copper still in Berlin-Zehlendorf. All our distillates are based on organic neutral alcohol. Enjoy our BAKED APPLE GIN cold with a lemon zest or warm with a cinnamon stick.
