NATURAL GINS We want our fans to be able to enjoy our gins with a clear conscience. Our biological foot print is very important to us. That is why we only source organic ingredients for our gins. We use renewable energy for production and compensate for the remaining emissions. We are now certified as a climate-neutral manufacturer and as an organic manufacturer. MAXIMUM REGIONALITY We would like to know how and by whom the ingredients for our gins are made. Where possible, we buy from regional producers. The mugwort for our Urban Garden Gin is grown for us in Berlin by a Berlin city nursery, the asparagus peels for asparagus gin, the apples for the baked apple gin and the sea buckthorn berries for the Sundown gin all come from Brandenburg. This is more sustainable and we can support regional manufacturers in this way. REAL HANDWORK In our gins comes only from our self-distilled distillate. We do not use purchased spirits, natural or artificial flavors, colorings or sugar. On our very small 40-liter copper still, we distill fresh, natural ingredients with high-quality neutral alcohol to create high-quality distillates. Each bottle is filled and labelled by hand and numbered individually. HIGH TRANSPARENCY We are the opposite of a “black box” — because we can look over our shoulders while burning.Read their story
