Fulfillment was not accurate and shipping took a very long time and I only received half my order. The second part was finally sent 3 weeks after mentioning I never received it. Clay Factor was nice and prompt in answering my concerns and mentioned they would even send some additional items for the wait! :) But then I never received any additional items as promised. :( but the pottery is still really nice.
