Big Moods fell short on shipping and customer service. Promised a shipping time under 7 days, it took 14 days to ship my 62-sticker order. They charged $20.30 for shipping stickers weighing less than 3 ounces, reimbursing shipping overage only after two requests (did not send via PayPal friends/family as requested, so I was charged a fee for the reimbursement). Shipping still exceeded the proper amount and partial refund. Despite these issues, the stickers themselves were of decent quality.

My order came in on the day it said it would, fulfillment was fast after I ordered. The products are beyond amazing and look just like the pictures. I was so excited to open these! Did not realize when I ordered the mini sticker pack it came with the regular size of those same stickers too! Beyond amazing. I will be ordering again from this brand. They took great care of my order. I will add photos when I take them! Beautiful creations.
