No disappointment in product or company. First, as to quality. I bought them to sell at my establishment, and I have not tried them yet. However, I can say that we have already sold four and every customer enjoyed the product. The appearance and presentation is excellent. We placed our order on 3/7 and got the product on 3/15 with no breakage. We had no specific communications with the Outpost, but the automated emails were clear and quick for order confirmation and shipping.
