My order came in on time, all my boats were perfect. Bowls smelled really good, one came broken and one bowl had flowers broken but that could be from shipping as well. There were two of the ying yangs weren’t flat enough, I when ahead and sanded the bottom of the vessel. It's really hard to get all products send to you in perfect condition. I understand that, I’m still giving 5 stars. And replacement is on the way. Will be ordering again!

The experience was so terrible! I received candles broken and unfinished. No customer would buy these candles. Brand is unresponsive to customer. No timely replies. I texted them multiple times to provide an update on order, but no reply. The pictures posted on their site are not exactly what I received. Terrible experience!!

almost all of the items arrived damaged or with large black spots inside the wax. the wicks are not in the centre of the candle and burn unevenly, we have had complaints and are unable to sell or use them
