I had a couple jars of pickles returned by a customer with mold in them, unopened and bought two days prior. They were not supposed to expire until 10 months later. In my message, I gave the batch # & expiration, offered to send photos and their response was… “how can your customer tell they are moldly if they did not open the jar?” The jar is clear and liquid is clear. I hoped to reorder again and again, but their customer service & questioning my honesty has made me reconsider.
