Kinda bummed with the customer service from this brand. Messaged them the day I received product. The woman I spoke with was very kind and understanding and I was told that day I’d receive a refund for the plant that was smashed during packing into the box. Haven’t heard back from them since and I’ve messaged multiple times. That was over a month ago….

All were of a single interspecific hybrid. Not an issue. When potting up, I ended up with 14 pots instead of 8 - bonus! So far, they are doing well!
