An artisanal production, in small batches, using pumpkin grown under the Alentejo sun, resulted in a refined and very sophisticated sweet where an intense flavor and perfect texture stand out. The pumpkin was brought by the discoverers of Brazil, who found it there in its wild form, "jerimum." With rapid growth and very easy to preserve, thanks to its thick skin, pumpkins have always been seen on the eaves of houses or in even more inhospitable places.
