Completely disappointed with this order. The sweatshirts all came at different times & also different shades of green. I could even display them because they looked terrible all together. A loss on my end..

Where do I start? This vendor was ordered in Dec. Said shipping wasn't until Jan.28th. Actually shipped 5 days before Valentine's Day. I ordered valentines shirts that were nothing like pictured and were the wrong color, poor quality, cheap sweatshirts. Vendor won't refund because "seasonal items can't be returned." Are you kidding me? See what I ordered, light pink, fitted sweatshirts, verses what came- neon pink big bulky junk. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed my order the last week in May. It stated that order fulfillment was about 3 weeks out. After not receiving my order by mid July I sent a message requesting to cancel if they couldn’t ship by July 21st. I never got a response and then half of my order showed up on August 8th. No communication from seller. The product that I did get is as described.

WORST customer service experience in my 6 years of business, no joke. No response for days and days (sometimes weeks) at a time. Order placed November 2nd, received 1st part on Dec 14th, the rest JUST SHIPPED this week to me (Feb 2nd). Even with Faire involved, it would take her days to respond to them even. If you don't mind waiting 3 months for product, getting no response back, no discount for being late, go ahead. Her products are good quality which is the ONLY nice thing I have to say.
