Half the order went missing, and after two weeks of no response, Faire provided me with a refund on the invoice. We would have rather had the candles, but the whole order had also been delayed before shipping, so it was overall a let down. The candles that arrived are packaged beautifully and smell amazing. Don't know what happened to mess up the rest of the order. A bit of a shame...
