This was our first order with Hiddenbrand and we have been pleasantly surprised. The did have to cancel a few items off or our order as they were no longer available but everything else has been very nice. Shipping does take a while.

After numerous delays, (1.5 months) I cancelled the order, which they then sent anyway. I had to pay duty and return the order as my seasonal store had closed at this point. I am beyond disappointed and will never order from this retailer agan.
