Sold as 90% cashmere, but the gloves were actually only 10% cashmere. I returned them because they were not as described. I was told I would receive a refund by the first Monday in July, but it’s now been two weeks with no refund. They say they’re waiting for the return to arrive, even though I provided the tracking number. This wasn’t a change of mind or an exchange—it was their mistake. Why should I have to wait for my money because of their error?
