Explore the heart of the tropical rainforest while enjoying your healthy meals in the heart coconut bowl. Nature is filled with wonderful creations, and this coconut bowl is a testament to that fact. It comes from one of the many coconut shells that were rescued from being discarded. Afterward, the rural artisans in Vietnam cut, sanded and carved the shell to make a heart-shaped bowl. Dimensions: Diameter: 6-7” (14-17 cm) Depth: 2-3" (6-8 cm) Capacity: 17-24 oz (500-700 ml) CARE INSTRUCTIONS Wash your bowls with soap and room temperature water before use Do not expose to extreme heat (e.g. hot water or extremely hot food) Do not use in the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, or oven Restore your bowls’ luster and color by polishing them with coconut oil from time to time
