MAPLE-SWEETENED UNROASTED DARK CHOCOLATE Our 75% Maple Dark PASTILLE Couverture is cane-sugar free and sweetened with 100% maple sugar from New Hampshire. It's made from transparently traded, unroasted cacao from Semuliki Forest in Uganda. Raaka skips the roasting step, so our chocolate is bright, bold, and rich -- never burnt. Taste notes of brown sugar, ripe figs, maple syrup, and sweet cinnamon. CACAO ORIGIN: Semuliki Forest, Uganda Note: This product is NOT intended for retail sale. This is pastille chocolate couverture for use in baking, cooking, and cafe applications (mochas/hot chocolates). Easily meltable, nickel to quarter sized rounds. Great for baking cookies, cakes, brownies, mochas, and hot chocolates. Packaged in bulk in a single vacuum sealed 10lb bag. Price is $14.49/lb
