Always order when items state they are in stock but there always seems to be an issue, only get part of what is ordered and I have to follow up and they don’t respond via Faire messaging. It’s a great product but very poor lead times and communication. It was not always like this but the past few months has been horrible.

Products are great and very popular with our customers. However customer service and fulfillment is not up to par. I email directly asking what is in stock and what timelines are to ensure products are received timely and I have been given false timelines several times.
